Return and Refund Policy
No returns are allowed, except if the Artwork is not of acceptable quality as defined in the Australian Consumer Law.
If you believe that the art quality standards have been breached, then you need to promptly notify us (within 7 days of receiving your artwork) and include such information such as a photograph of the Artwork. We will assess your request and if satisfied that the art quality has been breached we will allow you to return the Artwork. You must not return any Artwork to us until we have issued you an authorized return number for that Artwork.
You must deliver to us at your own cost the Artwork, which will be credited for undamaged artwork, which is to be accompanied by the notice setting out the return authorisation number, the original invoice number, the date of purchase and the reason for the return.
